All government training institutes can also be opened normally. Kasturba Gandhi Girls Residential School and Scheduled Caste-Tribe Residential School, Karpuri Hostels will operate as before. The health department will continue to make special arrangements for vaccination for adult students, teachers and students of educational institutions. All coaching institutes will be able to open normally.

Only Kovid vaccinated persons will be allowed to work in the coaching institutes. All coaching institutes will have to ensure vaccination of the workers working in them. In collaboration with the Bihar State Disaster Management Authority, the Education Department will inform the children about covid friendly behavior related to physical distance and wearing of masks, etc., so that parents can also be made aware through them.

Conditions will be there for opening of shops and establishments

It will be mandatory for everyone to always wear masks in shops and establishments. At the counter, the shopkeeper will compulsorily arrange for sanitizer for the use of the visitors and visitors. Compliance of physical distance will be mandatory. For this a white circle will be marked. Only people who have received the Kovid vaccine will be allowed to work in shops and establishments. Shops and establishments will have to ensure vaccination of the workers working in them. If these conditions are not followed, legal action will be taken by the district administration.

DJ and procession not allowed

The marriage ceremonies will be organized according to the Kovid rules. DJ and procession will not be allowed during the marriage ceremony. Prior notice of the marriage has to be given to the local police station at least three days in advance. Funeral and Shradh programs will also be done according to Kovid rules. Kovid rules will be compulsorily followed in marriage and Shraddha.

All shopping malls will be able to open normally with COVID friendly behavior and mandatory compliance of updated standard operating. Clubs, gyms and swimming pools will be able to open with 50 percent attendance of the total capacity. Stadiums (including indoor) and sports complexes can be opened. The use of suitable facilities would be admissible only to persons receiving the COVID vaccine. The concerned establishment will ensure that all their employees have taken the Kovid vaccine. The management of the concerned establishment will also ensure that the visitors are compulsorily following the COVID friendly behavior and updated standard operating procedure regarding physical distancing and wearing of masks etc.
