Nitish said - there is a problem among the people of a particular area due to the new law, the farmers of Bihar are completely satisfied
Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has described the ongoing agitation on the border of Delhi against the agricultural reform laws as the problem of farmers of a particular area and said that there is no problem with this new law in Bihar and the farmers here are completely satisfied.
Speaking to reporters after the Chief Minister's program in the public court on Monday, Nitish Kumar, in response to a question asked in relation to the ongoing agitation of farmers, said that this problem is of some state, where the first procurement work started. There productivity was also increased and grain was also bought from the farmers. There is a protest in all those areas regarding the new law. He said that there is no problem with this new law in Bihar and the farmers here are completely satisfied.
The Chief Minister said that there have been many talks between the Central Government and the farmers on this issue and further talks will take place. Everyone has the right to have their say, but in this era of Corona, it is not a good thing to have continuous agitation. He said that this is the policy of the central government which is not against anyone but still people have different feelings in their mind. A solution should be found by talking to them again.
