Warning regarding moderate and heavy rainfall in 19 districts of Bihar, know what the Meteorological Department is saying

Monsoon has become active in Bihar. On Thursday, Gaunaha in West Champaran of the state received the highest rainfall, which was recorded at 131.6 mm. Good rainfall has been recorded in different districts of North Bihar on Thursday. In Patna, people were troubled by sunlight throughout the day from morning, but the weather changed as soon as evening. It rained with strong wind, which gave relief to the people from the sultry heat.

Chance of rain and thunderstorm with strong wind

According to the Meteorological Center Patna, there is a possibility of thunderstorms in the state along with strong wind and rain during the next 24 hours. In the next 24 hours, a warning has been given for moderate and heavy rains in 19 districts of northern parts of Bihar. Apart from this, if we talk about South Bihar, there may be light rain in other parts including Patna, Bhagalpur, Banka, Jamui, and Gaya. The Meteorological Department has predicted similar weather conditions in the state for four days from today i.e. till August 1.

Sheikhpura was the hottest

Talking about the weather of the state on Thursday, Sheikhpura in Bihar was the hottest at 38.7 degrees Celsius. At the same time, the maximum temperature of 35.1 degrees Celsius was recorded in Patna. The highest rainfall has occurred in Gonaha of West Champaran. It received 131.6 mm of rain on Thursday. While 107.4 in Bihta, 82 in Banka's Chandan, Ramnagar 73.2, Katoria 68.4, Bhojpur 62.4, Kishanganj 56.2, Banka's Bounsi 50.8, Bagaha 45, Katihar's Burari 44.6, Aurangabad 42.8, Jamui 38. East Champaran has recorded 32.8 mm and Tarapur has recorded 32.8 mm of rainfall.
