This case is in the Jharkhand High Court. While hearing this case in the court, the actress and the petitioner have been directed to reply in writing in 2 weeks.

Actually, Amisha Patel has been accused of taking crores of rupees in the name of making a film and not returning the money for not making a film. The man had filed the case against the actress in the Jharkhand High Court. Hearing on which the court has asked both to reply in two weeks.

The petition filed in the court said that Ajay Kumar Singh and Amisha Patel met during an event at Harmu Housing Colony. Meanwhile, in the name of making the film 'Desi Magic', Ajay Kumar Singh transferred two and a half crores to Amisha Patel's account. Ajay is the proprietor of Lovely World Entertainment.

After not making the film and not getting the money back, Ajay Singh filed a complaint in the lower court. This case is from the year 2017. The complainant has also accused the actress of cheating on her. He told that when he asked for money when the film was not made, he was given a check of Rs 2.5 crore from the actress, which bounced. Now the case will be heard after two weeks.
