Now recently a video of the actress is going viral on social media in which Bharti is telling how she lost weight. Surprisingly, Bharti did not do any gym or yoga to lose weight, just changed her diet plan and due to that she became thin.

While talking to the paparazzi in the video, Bharti says, 'Different channels are calling me asking how I became thin, I told them that I told one to you guys, write from there itself. Well let me tell you, I didn't do anything. Neither did I go to any gym, nor did I do any yoga, just control my diet. I ate on time, after 7 o'clock in the evening I do not eat anything and the next day at 12 o'clock. Then at 12 o'clock I eat a lot of parathas and bread butter. I still eat parathas, this is very true. I'm not that brown braid or salad girl, I just want bread butter. I eat a lot till 7 o'clock but after that it is completely closed. Let us tell you that these days Bharti is seen in Kapil Sharma's show The Kapil Sharma Show and Dance Deewane.
