Mumbai. Everyone is aware of the almond richness of almonds, but you will be surprised by a new revelation about it, as it contains up to 20 per cent fewer calories than recognition. The study, published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition (AJCN), revealed a low calorie intake of almonds, which may be helpful in balancing weight.

To assess the total calories in almonds, the researchers used a new technique, which measures the total calories actually found in the body after digesting and absorbing it. The Almond Board of California (ABC) said in a statement that the researchers found that a participant consuming 28 grams of almonds received 129 calories of energy after absorption, compared to 160 calories previously.

According to another study conducted on participants, eating 56 grams of almonds daily did not increase their weight. According to the European General of Nutrition, eating about 58 grams of almonds in the morning not only reduces hunger, but also requires fewer calories during the day.
