two types of proteins, vitamins (A, D, E, K) and calcium, in milk, "Casein" and "Way" (Whey). When we heat milk till it boils, it destroys the amount of vitamins and calcium. Simultaneously, both proteins change state. This reduces their effect in milk.

How to do it pasteurized
After the milk is released, it should be heated at 72 ° C for about 15 seconds, that is, take it off a few minutes before the milk starts boiling and keep it in a cool place immediately. Milk is pasteurized by heating and cooling. Pasteurized milk has its nutritious properties, but even microorganisms do not thrive.

Keep in mind that
milk is safe only for half an hour after it is extracted. After that, there is a rapid growth of microorganisms in it. Therefore, milk should be pasteurized as soon as possible after it is extracted. If you cannot heat milk for any reason, keep it immediately in a cool place. This will reduce the risk of microbial growth in it.
