Do not consume caffeine and junk foods exactly one week before the onset of periods, this increases the problem of diarrhea. Eat green leafy vegetables, fish, yogurt, bananas, papaya as much as possible.
Avoid eating food that is high in sulfur, such as eggs, onions, garlic and broccoli.
This creates a greater amount of gas. To avoid gas, consume sweet potato, pumpkin, oats and brown rice.
