Method of making the decoction :
First of all, mix all four medicines together and grind them and prepare about 3 grams of powder. About 150 milliliters Boil water and add powder to it. After making the decoction, add jaggery or lemon juice to it.
You can drink it both cold and hot. According to the ministry, the use of Aayush decoction will strengthen the immune system. You can consume it regularly 2 times a day.
