CVD / cardiovascular disease refers to diseases that include all types of heart disease and stroke. About two crore people die every year due to CVD. CVD is believed to be the leading cause of death and disability worldwide by 2020. Only 25 per cent of deaths in India are due to cardiovascular diseases.
However, experts from the World Heart Federation say that CVD category diseases can be prevented before they take root. For this, it is necessary to have a sense of catering and regular physical exercise. CVD protection for children

Physical activity for adults is not limited to just playing a game. They are walking, household work can spend calories through activities such as dance and exercise fit themselves.
150 minutes of mild physical activity can reduce the risk of heart diseases by 30 percent and the risk of diabetes by 27 percent.
Worldwide statistics show that not doing any kind of physical activity kills nearly 3 million people who can be stopped by just sweating a little bit every day.

This category includes running, cycling, swimming and taking active part in outdoor sports etc.
