Four Pakistani soldiers killed, two injured in attack by Baloch rebels, protest against Pakistan outside UNHRC
Pakistan, which harbors terrorists, has once again had to bear the brunt of its actions. At least four security personnel were killed and two others injured in an explosion targeting Pakistani paramilitary forces in the country's restive Balochistan province, an official said. According to news agency PTI, the banned Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed responsibility for this attack.
According to Pakistani newspaper Dawn, a Frontier Corps vehicle was attacked in Khosaat area of Harnai district on Saturday. The FC (Frontier Corps) soldiers, while they were on patrol, are said to have been hit by an explosives-laden vehicle resulting in the death of four soldiers and injuring two other officers. Security forces shifted the injured to nearby hospitals.
On Friday, there was an attack in Awaran district of Balochistan in which two security personnel were killed and five others were injured. Local Baloch nationalists, Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) and Taliban terrorists are said to have been involved in these attacks. In the year 2019, the US declared the BLA a terrorist organization. BLA is fighting with Pakistani government for the independence of Balochistan.
On the other hand, political activists from Ghulam Kashmir (PoK) and Gilgit-Baltistan in Geneva staged several protests outside the offices of the United Nations Human Rights Council. He demanded the elimination of terrorist camps operating in PoK. These protests were organized jointly by the United Kashmir People's National Party (UPNP), Swiss Kashmir Human Rights during the 48th session of the Human Rights Council.
