Allahabad High Court shows correct mirror to UP government, accountability fixed: Priyanka Gandhi

National Desk: Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said on Wednesday after the Allahabad High Court termed the deaths due to lack of oxygen in Uttar Pradesh as a massacre by the Allahabad High Court, the court has shown the right mirror to the BJP government of the state and now the accountability should be fixed. needed. He said in a Facebook post, the High Court has shown the right mirror to the government.

The UP government continued to deny the lack of oxygen. Lack of talk continued to threaten those who spoke. While the truth is that there have been frequent deaths due to lack of oxygen and its accountability should be fixed. The Uttar Pradesh in-charge of the Congress claimed, citing lack of oxygen, the government says that there is no shortage. But people on the ground are telling the truth of this statement of the government. Absence is the absence. Black marketing people are looking for opportunities in a disaster due to lack. There is no sign of the government.

It is worth noting that the Allahabad High Court, taking cognizance of the news related to the death of Kovid-19 patients due to lack of oxygen, has directed the District Magistrates of Lucknow and Meerut to conduct a factual inquiry within 48 hours. A bench of Justices Siddharth Verma and Justice Ajit Kumar gave this direction while hearing a PIL on the spread of infection in the state and the status of a separate habitat center. The court said, "We are sad to see that due to lack of oxygen supply to hospitals, Kovid patients are dying." It is a criminal act and is nothing short of a massacre by those who are tasked with ensuring the continuous purchase and supply of liquid medical oxygen.
