CM Yogi will give 143 crore projects to Gorakhpur, Chief Minister on three-day tour
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is on a three-day visit to Gorakhpur on Saturday. Here the Chief Minister will lay the foundation stone of development projects worth Rs 143 crore to the people of Gorakhpur. Mahant will also count the achievements of the government by holding a public meeting at Digvijaynath Memorial Park. The projects include roads worth Rs 68 crore including all drainage etc.
According to officials, the Chief Minister will address a public meeting at Brahmalin Mahant Digvijaynath Park in Ramgarhtal area from 3:30 pm on Saturday. Before this, the Gorakhpur Industrial Development Authority (GIDA) will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for 143 crore projects. The projects include the inauguration of roads, culverts and drainage related projects worth 68 crores. Bhiti will lay the foundation stone of various projects worth 75 crores including a sub center in Rawat.
Will inspect preparations for PM's arrival
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the function organized in Lumbini on May 16 to mark the 2566th birth anniversary of Lord Buddha as the chief guest. He will first reach Kushinagar International Airport by plane and then will leave for Lumbini by helicopter. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will welcome the Prime Minister at Kushinagar airport, then will remain at the airport on his return. Earlier, the Chief Minister would visit Kushinagar on Saturday. There he will review the preparations related to the reception of the Prime Minister. It is being told that the Prime Minister can also visit Kushinagar, the place of Mahaparinirvana of Lord Buddha. Yogi took stock of the preparations.
Will also participate in the programs Chief
Minister Yogi will take part in different programs of Kushinagar and Gorakhpur on Saturday, then will rest the night in Gorakhnath temple itself. On Sunday morning, Janta Darbar will be held at Hindu Sevashram located in Gorakhnath temple complex. Listen to the grievances of the complainants. Along with this, the Chief Minister can also review the development works after meeting with the officials. The Prime Minister will also visit Kushi Nagar for preparations for his arrival.
