Also, the High Court said that hospitals should hand over the responsibility of oxygen tanker distribution to IIT and IIM. The High Court said that take oxygen from Delhi where it is not necessary, because patients are suffering in hospitals here. The Delhi High Court told the Center that the Supreme Court has also asked Delhi to provide 700MT of oxygen, so it should get this much. The Delhi government has alleged in the court that the supply of oxygen, the tankers are not being used properly, while the Center said that 12 additional oxygen tankers have been allotted to Delhi in the past.
