National Desk: Farmers have been agitating on the borders with Delhi since November 2020 against the three agricultural laws of the central government. Neither the farmer nor the government is willing to back down. Though the government is willing to suspend the agricultural law for two years and remove any apprehensions on the farmers, but the farmers are adamant on demanding the withdrawal of this law, due to which the movement has been going on for a long time.

Farmers sitting on 4-degree agitation did not retreat even in the scorching cold and did not agree to move away from the borders. The government has requested the farmers several times that the winter is growing and the negotiations resolve the matter, the farmers should return to their homes, but the protesters were not troubled. The farmers also faced cold and chill winds of 4 degrees in December-January, although many people came forward to help the farmers for their facilities. Farmers were given warm blankets along with heaters.

Even though the farmers were less visible on the roads due to the rising heat, they were seen resting in their trolleys and tents on the border. In the evening, when the weather breaks down, the farmers again come together but at night the mosquitoes disturb the sleep.

According to doctors, in the last 10 days, there were more than 30 farmers whose platelets were significantly reduced.

National Desk; West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday alleged that the BJP brought a large number of outsiders in the campaigning for the Assembly elections, leading to an increase in Kovid cases in the state in recent times. At an election rally here, Mamta accused the BJP-led government at the Center of not responding to the state's request for vaccination of most people. He said that vaccinating people can help in overcoming the spread of the disease.
