New Delhi: The weather is going to change once again in many states of the country. The heat in Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha has just worsened the condition of people. Now in the meantime, the Meteorological Department has reported that a fresh western disturbance is forming.
Due to western disturbances, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan and Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand are expected to receive rain and snow on March 5 and 6. The meteorological department has issued an alert regarding this.
Lightning and thunderstorm estimates
The Meteorological Department has said that light rain may occur in Punjab on 6-7 March. Apart from this, light rain and hailstorm may occur in Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Western Uttar Pradesh on March 7, while lightning and thunderstorm are forecast in Haryana, Chandigarh and West Uttar Pradesh on March 7.
According to the Meteorological Department, strong winds are likely to occur in many areas of Haryana, Punjab, Delhi, Chandigarh and Uttar Pradesh during the next 24 hours. The Meteorological Department may receive thunderstorms and snowfall during the 48 hours in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and several areas of the Northeast. The worst weather will be on March 7 and light to moderate rain and snowfall may occur from Jammu and Kashmir to Uttarakhand.
Rain in these states
The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility that several states may receive rain. According to the Meteorological Department, there may be rain and snowfall in Himachal, Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya and Assam. The Uttarakhand Meteorological Department has reported that Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Uttarkashi and Pithoragarh may receive light rain and snowfall for the next 4 days. On March 6, there is a possibility of lightning and hailstorm in the state.
