Lucknow: The stir has intensified for the three-tier panchayat elections to be held in Uttar Pradesh. The list of reservation for Manglawar for these elections was released at the district level. But its final list will be released on 15 March. After this, a notification will be issued about the panchayat elections in the state.

The Yogi government of the state transferred 18 IAS officers late on Tuesday night to stir the panchayat elections. The government has replaced the DM of six districts and the commissioner of four mandals. R Ramesh Kumar has been made the Commissioner of Bareilly, while Ananjay Kumar Singh has been made the Commissioner of Moradabad Division.

IAS officer Surendra Singh has been given the command of Meerut while Sanjay Goyal has been given the responsibility of Prayagraj division. Deepa Ranjan Badaun has been appointed as the District Magistrate. Ravindra Mandar has been made the District Magistrate of Rampur.

Soumya Aggarwal has been appointed as the Collector of Basti. Ashutosh Niranjan has become the DM of Deoria. Jitendra Kumar Singh has been made the District Magistrate of Kanpur Dehat.
