He called upon traders and entrepreneurs to work on new experiments and innovations in the field of oxygen production and oxygen concentrator. He said that the government will provide all possible support in such works. By promoting the production of oxygen, we will be able to save humanity. This is an opportunity for new efforts and new experiments. MSME units performed well under the self-sufficient package during the first wave. In the same way, this time we once again work through our products and services for the management and protection of Kovid.
The Chief Minister said that the present government has a policy of zero tolerance towards crime and criminals. An atmosphere of security has been created in the state. There is a provision for an insurance cover of Rs 10 lakh under the Suraksha Bima Yojana for traders, from which the traders are benefiting. Excellent work has been done in the direction of 'Ease of Doing Business' and 'Ease of Living' in the state, which has benefited traders and citizens. Following the principles of reform, performance and transform, the state government has given better results. So far 16 lakh merchants have been registered with GST.
He appealed to the merchants to get maximum number of GST registrations. The present circumstances are affecting both life and livelihood.
