The police had taken photographs of the driver and the car while going on patrol. Later the patrolling team left. Later, seeing the patrolling team approaching, the driver fled with the vehicle. When the soldiers got suspicious after the driver escaped, they saw with a torch and then the latch of Sukhpal's locked house was broken. .

 SP Rural Raj Kumar Agarwal told that the miscreants were carrying out the theft incident in the house. The gate of that house was closed from inside, after which the policemen forcibly opened the gate and entered inside. Seeing the police coming inside, the miscreants ran towards the terrace, where the police arrested a miscreant Abhishek from the spot, while his accomplice jumped from the third floor house and jumped on the neighbor Sonu Sharma's house. According to police officials, the miscreant jumped from Sukhpal's third-floor house and jumped onto the terrace of Sonu Sharma, a neighbor. Seeing himself surrounded by the police, he opened fire on the police. The police asked him to surrender, but when there was no response from the thief's side for a long time, the police climbed on the terrace and saw that the miscreant was dead and was also carrying an illegal firearm.

SP Rural Rajkumar Agrawal said that the miscreants jumped from the third floor of Sukhpal and went to the terrace of Sonu Sharma of the neighborhood. Seeing himself surrounded by the police, he opened fire on the police. The police asked for surrender, but when there was no response from the thief's side for a long time, the police climbed on the terrace and saw that the miscreant was dead and was also carrying an illegal firearm. Mr. Aggarwal told that the miscreant Ajay, who died due to his own bullet, is a resident of village Chaubari of Thana Kent in Bareilly district. There are half a dozen cases registered against him in Than Kent, Faridpur and Bithri Chainpur.
