Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday instructed all District Magistrates and Divisional Commissioners to communicate in view of the beginning of the second phase of unlock. Additional Chief Secretary of Home Department Avnish Kumar Awasthi said that the Chief Minister while reviewing the unlock system at a high level meeting at his government residence here on Sunday said that nodal officers have been appointed in all the districts for the cooperation of the District Magistrates, Work should be done in coordination.
He said that all the divisional commissioners should review the development and revenue related activities in their respective divisions and to be designated as nodal officers for smooth functioning of Kovid and non-Kovid hospitals, Additional Director or Joint Director level of Health Department The officers of the department should inspect them regularly and supervise the arrangements. Yogi said that after the commencement of construction work, workers / workers can be given employment in the construction work of expressways, medical colleges, universities, roads, canals, etc. Emphasizing to explore all the possibilities of employment in the fields of industry, agriculture, gardens, construction etc., he said that employment can be provided to workers / workers in many schemes of Central and State Government, This will enable the new creation of Uttar Pradesh. According to the Chief Minister, a comprehensive action plan should be chalked out regarding the employment of workers from June 15.
The Chief Minister directed that anti-infection in rural and urban areas should be implemented as it will help in preventing infection. According to Yogi, the Rural Development and Urban Development Department should take coordinated action to get loan to the street vendors. He said that an action plan should be prepared for providing benefits to the workers / workers under the scheme of the Central Government for providing rented accommodation. With this, the workers will be able to get accommodation at their convenience.
The Chief Minister said that in view of Corona virus infection, medical colleges of Agra, Meerut, Aligarh, Moradabad, Gautam Budh Nagar and Firozabad districts need special attention. He said that doctors, nurses etc. continued to visit all the Kovid and non-Kovid hospitals of the state including these medical colleges. There should be proper sanitation in the hospitals. Oxygen backup must be present in hospitals for 48 hours.
