CM Yogi meets Union Ministers and discusses the development of the Braj region

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met Union Ministers in New Delhi on Friday and discussed the development of the Braj region. The Chief Minister discussed with the Railway Minister the development of about a 12 km long Mathura-Vrindavan rail route as an alternate transport route. It is worth mentioning that this rail route between Mathura-Vrindavan is proving to be unusable at present. Its land can be used to develop an alternate transport route between Mathura and Vrindavan. In view of this, the construction of a Light Rail Transit System (LRTS) on the Mathura-Vrindavan railway line is proposed.

Yogi also talked to the Railway Minister regarding the construction of the Tourist Facilitation Center at Mathura Junction.
