Crime in Agra: The accused of attacking the police got bail, know when this incident happened in Agra

 Accepting the bail application of the accused of attacking the police in Tajganj, the court ordered his release.

The incident happened on July 27 this year. During patrolling, Tajganj police tried to stop two suspects riding bikes at Panchavati intersection. While trying to escape from the police, the bike of the accused slipped. The accused opened fire on the siege police. The police had nabbed the accused Satyapal Singh and Kripa Ram alias Raghu. A case was registered against both of them and sent to jail. After hearing the bail application submitted by the accused Satyapal, the District Judge allowed him and ordered his release.

The accused of kidnapping and rape did not get bail

The accused of kidnapping and raping a minor could not get bail. Special Judge POCSO Act Sarvjit Kumar Singh ordered the dismissal of the bail application submitted by the accused.

In September this year, a case was registered against Rinku resident Midhakur at Malpura police station for luring and kidnapping a minor. On recovering the teenager, he had asked to go and marry with the accused of his own free will. The court ordered the cancellation of the bail of the accused if the consent of the victim was not legally accepted as she was a minor.

Accused of POCSE Act acquitted

The court acquitted the accused of obscene act with a minor and POCSO Act due to lack of evidence. Special Judge POCSE Act Sarvjit Kumar Singh ordered proceedings against the plaintiff after he refused to testify.

The incident is of August 2015. According to the case registered at Rakabganj police station, the minor was sleeping in the house. In the middle of the night, the accused Jitendra alias Matka entered his house. He started doing obscene acts with the minor. Threatened to kill him if he protested. During the trial of the case, after the plaintiff retracted from his earlier statement, the court ordered the acquittal of the accused due to lack of evidence.
