Mayor Sanyukta Bhatia, who reached Aminabad, has given instructions for improvement. The Mayor said that people come to Aminabad not only from the city but also from outside districts, but there is no facility there. The mayor instructed Aminabad to go better. After this the mayor reached Mohan Market and was stunned to see the plight there. If dirt was found in this market of the Municipal Corporation, the police post was also being operated illegally. Illegal encroachments were also plentiful. The mayor expressed his displeasure with the officials and said that it would be good only then the shopkeepers would also allow the illegal occupation to be removed.
The mayor directed the municipal officers to construct toilets for the shopkeepers. He also directed to organize Mohan Market. The shopkeepers mentioned the problems related to the municipal corporation to the mayor. It was not a matter of mutation. The mayor said that the rent of the shopkeepers of Mohan Market will be deposited and mutation will also be done.
In Mohan Market place was given to those people who had come to India during the partition of India and Pakistan. These people, identified by refugee, were given a place to do business, but over time shops were formed here and each other's names were registered. The shopkeepers here want that they are in possession for a long time, so the Municipal Corporation should fix a rate and sell them to the shop itself, but this matter is not being decided in the Municipal Corporation. The Municipal Corporation had fixed the rent according to the new circle rate, but there was a protest from the shopkeepers regarding that too. Mohan Market has a special significance in Aminabad and the shopkeepers also do not want to leave the place.
