Noida: Several residents of Noida and migrants from Bihar who sleep in the town are finding it difficult to urge essentials provided by the govt because they are doing not have ration cards yet.
A group of residents from Chhapraula area of Badalpur approached police on Sunday saying that the had applied for the ration cards as long back as May 10. They complained that despite having applied at the local PDS point and online, women entitled to urge ration are unable to urge their cards made.

Also, some migrants from Bihar who were promised free ration like rice, wheat and pulses under the Centre’s relief package complained to possess been unable to urge ration as there's no woman in their family.
Vidyasagar (50), a native of Bihar’s Buxar district, who has been staying in Noida since the past 12 years and works as a caddie within the Gold Course, told that despite submitting documents, he has been denied card thanks to the absence of an adult woman within the family.
Meanwhile, district commissioned officer RN Yadav told that they're going to get the issues checked. “The migrants who don’t have a card are being issued a short lived card in order that they will get ration for 2 months," he said.
