Noida: Rajinikanth reached the police station after killing his wife, confessed crime and surrendered

Noida:  A man living in Alpha-Two sector of Thana Beta-2 area in Gautam Budh Nagar district allegedly killed his wife. After committing the murder, he himself reached the police station and informed the police about the incident. Police took the body of the accused husband into custody and sent the body for postmortem. According to the police, prima facie it seems that the woman died two days ago.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone III) Rajesh Kumar Singh said that Rajinikanth lived with his wife Khushi Dixit in G block of Alpha-2 sector. He told that both Rajinikanth and Khushi Dixit got married in a temple 10 months ago.

The DCP said that Rajinikanth police station reached Beta-2 on Wednesday afternoon and told the police that he had killed his wife. At this the police detained him and reached the police at his stated address. When the police went there, Khushi's body was lying in the house. The accused is being questioned by the police.
