Lucknow Development Authority is going to improve the condition of Lavipra Panchsheel, Greenwood, Aishbagh Heights apartments. The allottees were facing problems for the last several years due to the shortcomings after the construction. The allottees had met several times in the last few months from vice-president to secretary, only then the hearing could take place. LDA formed a committee to get these apartments repaired. The committee accepted the complaint of the allottees as justified and submitted its report to the LDA VC.
Now about one crore one lakh rupees will be spent in the construction of park and removal of seepage from A-2 block of Panchsheel apartment in Vikalp block two of LDA's Gomti Nagar. The work of removal of seepage in bathroom in A, B block and C block of Panchsheel apartment will be completed with an expenditure of about Rs 73 lakh. This will give relief to thousands of allottees. This process has been expedited on the orders of Lavipra Vice President Akshay Tripathi. The work of sewage pumping station in Aishbagh Heights apartment complex and operation for three years will be done by private hands.
Lavipra is going to spend around Rs 68.64 lakh on this. The construction work of the park in Sector N of Basant Kunj Yojna will be done from about Rs 36 lakh. Under the Basant Kunj scheme itself, the survey work of land between the river and the river will be done for about one crore seventy lakhs. Similarly, Lavipra is going to get the road repair work located in front of Cancer Hospital in CG City for one crore thirty four lakhs. Other tasks are also included in this work. At the same time, the work of beautification and drain repair of 45 meters wide road going to Mulayam Tirahe will be done from the railway line in Sector 2 of Jankipuram. Lavipra will spend about Rs 42.36 crore on this.
