His companions also made Prayagraj businessman Mohammad Sayeed and Sonali Jaiswal their victims. On whose complaint the Cyble Cell started investigation, then the thugs got caught by the police. When the police interrogated them strictly, they came to know that some of the cheaters have studied B.Tech and some have studied MCA. During interrogation, he made many shocking revelations.

During the interrogation of the police, the accused told that talks had started with Prayagraj-based businessman Mohammad Sayeed and Sonali Jaiswal in the name of giving the franchise of Easy Day. He asked for an application for giving franchisee and deposited thirty thousand to fifty thousand as security money in the name of approval of the application. After this the online certificate was issued. For the delivery of goods, Rs 17,39,000 was transferred online by Mohammad Sayeed of Prayagraj and Rs 1.25 lakh by Sonali Jaiswal.
