SSP released sketch of miscreants looting lakhs of passengers from the bus as a ride

Mathura: On the Yamuna Expressway in Thana Surir area of Mathura district in Uttar Pradesh, miscreants hijacked a bus full of passengers and carried out the robbery. While taking action in this case, sketches of criminals have been released by SSP Gaurav Grover. Along with this, the SSP has appealed to the people that any person will give correct information about this robbery, he will be given appropriate reward and his identity will also be kept hidden. The SSP also said that several teams, including SOG and surveillance, are engaged to nab the accused of robbing the expressway.
It is noteworthy that half a dozen miscreants boarded a private bus going from Delhi to Hamirpur as hostage and robbed goods worth lakhs of rupees from almost all the passengers on the Yamuna Expressway in Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh. On receiving information about the incident, all senior officials, including the Inspector General of Agra Range, reached the spot. The police has started searching for the miscreants.
According to the police, the robbery incident occurred when the private bus which left Delhi for Hamirpur last night reached Surir Kotwali area in Mathura district ahead of Noida area around 1 pm. The miscreants boarded the bus as riders and after some time they looted cash and jewelery from the riders on the strength of arms. The driver informed the police when the miscreant escaped from the bus after carrying out the incident. IG Naveen Arora, SSP, Dr. Gaurav Grover reached the spot after getting information of the bus robbery. He informed that efforts are also being made to trace looters through mobile surveillance.
