The Kotwali police has arrested two professional bailiffs in connection with the submission of a falsely prepared surety and bond in the court to secure the bail of the accused in the theft case. Whereas, two sureties are still absconding. Police is looking for them. In the case, the Reader of the Chief Judicial Magistrate had filed a report against the professional bailiffs.
Superintendent of Police Deepak Bhukar said that on December 26, 2021, Reader of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Subhash Chand Tyagi had given a complaint in Kotwali. In which he told that Mushahid Teli, a resident of Sambhal, who was involved in the theft case, was arrested by the Kotwali Nagar police and sent to jail. In this case, the Additional District and Sessions Judge, while accepting the bail application of Mushahid, passed an order to furnish a bond of Rs 50,000 and surety. The people of the accused party in connivance with Lakhmi, Krishna, Jaikishore and Mahendra, residents of Sarawa village of Sarawa, prepared in a fraudulent manner. The surety and bond have been sent to the concerned police station and tehsil for verification.
In this regard, the advocate of Kotwali Hapur Nagar, Ravidra Kumar, while presenting the report in the court, said that the report was filed on 19 December 2021 on behalf of HCP Ramphal Singh in the bail deed of Mushahid Teli. While no policeman named Ramphal Singh is posted in Kotwali Nagar. Kotwali in-charge Inspector Somveer Singh was questioned in this regard. He said that he did not have his signature on the investigation report. A policeman named Ramphal Singh is also not posted at the police station.
The report of the head of village Sarawa was also attached with the inquiry report. The village head Madanpal was questioned in this regard. The village head told that the people of the accused party had faked a certificate in his name. Which was attached with the inquiry report and presented in the court. After the information, it was learned that the people of the accused party had prepared the alleged forged documents and got them released from the court by using them as originals. On Friday, Kotwali police arrested professional bailiffs Krishna, and Jaikishore. While Lakhmi and Mahendra are absconding at present.
