Nowadays the world is very mean, you can go to any extent to straighten your owl. One such case has come up in Jalandhar, Punjab. In the Basti Bawa Khel area of Jalandhar, the female teacher forcibly married her 13-year-old student to remove the 'Manglik Dosh' in her 'horoscope'. The woman told the police officials that her family was worried as she was not getting married due to 'Manglik Dosh'.
Marriage to remove 'Manglik Dosh':
According to him the family priest allegedly suggested that he would have to have a symbolic marriage with a minor boy to get rid of the 'dosha'. Following the priest's advice, the teacher told the boy's parents that the boy would have to stay at her house for a week for tuition and in the meantime he got married.
Upon returning home, the boy told his parents the whole incident. After this, the boy's clowns informed the police about the case. According to the complaint, the boy alleged that the teacher's family performed a turmeric-mehndi ceremony and also performed euthanasia.
Then pretended to be a widow:
The teacher's bangles were pretended to be widows by breaking bangles and the family also organized a condolence meeting. Not only this, the boy was also provided with housework during this week. According to Gagandeep Singh, station house officer of Basti Bawa Khel police station, the boy's parents had lodged a complaint, but withdrew it after an agreement was reached between the two sides.
